⌚ Samsung Health & Health Connect

If you’re using a Samsung smartwatch or fitness tracker, your data is first synced to Samsung Health before it’s shared with Health Connect — and from there, it becomes available in Offshift.

🔧 Step 1 — Make Sure Samsung Health Is Up to Date

    1. Open the Google Play Store (or Galaxy Store)
    2. Check for updates to Samsung Health on both your phone and your watch
  • Install the latest version if needed


⚙️ Step 2 — Enable Health Connect Permissions in Samsung Health

    1. Open the Samsung Health app
    2. Go to Settings Health Connect → App permissions → Samsung Health
  • Make sure all permissions are enabled so Health Connect can read your data


📱 Step 3 — Double-Check Permissions in Android Settings

    1. Open your phone’s Settings
    2. Search for “Health Connect
    3. Tap Health Connect → App permissions → Samsung Health
    4. Ensure permissions are allowed
  • Reopen Samsung Health after updating permissions


🔄 Step 4 — Sync Samsung Health Data

  1. In Samsung Health, go to:
    Settings → Sync with Samsung account
  2. Tap “Sync now” to make sure all your latest data is uploaded
